The method
One booked week, a launchable product.
From Monday 06:00 UTC to Sunday, one client per week. You know exactly what happens, every day.
Day 1
Kickoff
The scope is settled on day 0, before the Monday: we start building at 6am. Architecture, technical foundations, first screens.
Day 2–3
Development
We build the core of the product: front end, back end and database. Clean code and a clear architecture from the first commit.
Day 4
Infra & testing
Infrastructure, tests, performance and security. We solidify the foundations before putting the product in front of you.
Day 5
Your testing day
On Friday you test the product all day while we handle the technical side: deployment pipeline, infrastructure, going live.
Day 6–7
Fixes and go-live
We apply your Friday feedback, finalise, and your V1 is in production by the end of Sunday. Online, or not delivered — that is the only delivery criterion.
The 7 days cover design, development and production deployment. For mobile apps, App Store and Google Play review time is additional and outside our control.
Clean, maintainable, performant code
We don’t ship throwaway code. Every V1 is built on a clear architecture, with readable, tested and optimised code — so you can evolve and scale it without technical debt.
The role of AI
AI isn’t a gimmick: it’s our speed multiplier. Code generation, tests, documentation, review — every step is accelerated to deliver in days what takes months elsewhere, without cutting quality.
